Pan-Seared German Lamb Cuts
A classic German dish featuring tender lamb cuts pan-seared to perfection. Served with a side of flavorful saudi spices.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Buttery
- ● Skilletlarge skillet, for searing
- ●2 teaspoons Saudi spices
- ●1 teaspoon Arabian spices
- ●1/2 teaspoon Salt
- ●1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the lamb with salt and black pepper.

Heat the buttery in the skillet over medium-high heat until melted.

Sear the lamb for 2 minutes per side, or until browned.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the lamb reaches 145°F (63°C) for medium-rare.

While the lamb is cooking, mix the saudi spices and arabian spices together in a small bowl.

After the lamb is done, remove it from the oven and sprinkle the spice mixture over the top.

Let the lamb rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
