Kenyan Sweetcorn and Pilaf
A flavorful and aromatic dish originating from Kenya, combining the natural sweetness of sweetcorn with the comforting taste of pilaf.

- β1 packet Kenyan Pilaf Mixaccording to package instructions
- β1 cup Sweetcornfresh or frozen
- β2 cups Water
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tablespoons Buttermelted

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Thaw the buttery flaky pastry according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the Kenyan pilaf mix, sweetcorn, water, and salt. Mix well.

Roll out the thawed pastry to fit a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spoon the pilaf mixture into the pastry-lined baking dish.

Dot the top with melted butter.
