Filipino Yautia Fritters
A crispy Filipino-inspired fritter recipe featuring yautia, a type of root vegetable commonly used in Filipino cuisine.

- β1 package Buttery fritter mix
- β2 Eggs
- β1/2 cup Milk
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Peel and grate the yautia.

In a large bowl, combine grated yautia, fritter mix, eggs, and milk. Mix well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Using a spoon, drop the yautia mixture into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
