Australian Style Gluten-Free Bread
A simple recipe for gluten-free bread using Australian ingredients and a buttermilk substitute.

- β3 slices Crisp breadBlend into crumbs
- β1 cup Australian buttermilk substitutesee note
- β2 cups Gluten-free flourcan be replaced with almond flour

- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Sugar
- β1 tsp Xanthan gumoptional

2. In a blender, blend the crisp bread into crumbs.

3. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, salt, sugar, and xanthan gum (if using).

4. Add the softened butter and mix until the dough resembles coarse crumbs.

5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk substitute and eggs.
