Japanese Pan-Seared Salmon
A simple and flavorful Japanese-inspired dish featuring pan-seared salmon with a crispy exterior and tender interior.

- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- β1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- β1 teaspoon Gingergrated

1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

2. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
