Traditional British Trifle

- β2 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- β8 ounces Mascarpone cheese
- β1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- β1 package (8-10 slices) Trifle

Instructions

Cut the sponge cake into 1-inch pieces.

In a large bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese with a little sugar and vanilla extract.

In a large serving dish, create a layer of sponge cake pieces.
