Saudi Arabian Masarepa Fritters
A traditional Saudi Arabian dish made with crispy fritters and a side of tangy briny sauce.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Masarepa
- β1 cup Fritters
- β1/4 cup Briny
- β1 tablespoon Arabian spice blend
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
- β1 cup Water

In a large bowl, combine the Masarepa, water, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

Shape each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly into a disk shape.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Add the fritters to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.

Serve the fritters hot with a side of briny sauce.

For the briny sauce, combine the Briny, Arabian spice blend, and water in a bowl. Mix well.
