Delicious Algerian Kid Tagine
A traditional Algerian dish, this recipe is a flavorful and hearty stew made with tender lamb, vegetables, and aromatic spices. Serve with crusty bread for a satisfying meal.

- β2 tablespoons algerian spice blendavailable at most Middle Eastern markets

- β2 medium carrotspeeled and chopped
- β2 medium potatoespeeled and chopped
- β2 tablespoons tomato pasteoptional

Heat the oil in a large clay or ceramic tagine over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
