Tunisian Stir-Fry

- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 Tomato
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Heat the stir-fry oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
