Korean Crumble Bitter Flaky Pastries

- ●1 tsp korean chili flakes
- ●1/2 cup brown sugar
- ●1 cup crumble topping

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the flaky pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.

In a bowl, mix together the chopped bitter melon, Korean chili flakes, and brown sugar.

Place a spoonful of the bitter melon mixture onto one half of each dough circle.

Fold the other half of the dough circle over the filling to form a half-moon shape.
