Crunchy Mediterranean Stir Fry

Ingredients
- β1 medium bitter gourd
- β2 medium crunchy carrots
- β1/4 cup mediterranean olives
- β2 tbsp fermented soy sauce
- β2 tbsp stir-fry oil
- β2 cloves fry garlic

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of stir-fry oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and fry until fragrant (1 minute).

Add the bitter gourd and crunchy carrots and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add the mediterranean olives and fermented soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
