Moroccan Chicken Tacos
A twist on traditional Mexican tacos, this Moroccan-inspired recipe combines the flavors of Morocco with the comfort of a warm taco.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons tahinifor serving
- β4-6 tortillas flatbread
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantro bitter
- β8 ounces cooked chickpeas chewy
- β2 tablespoons olive oil moroccan
- β salt and pepper
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 tablespoons water

In a medium bowl, whisk together cumin, coriander, red pepper flakes, and salt.

Add the chicken breast and toss to coat.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and cover with foil.

In the same skillet, add the chickpeas and cook until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the cilantro and stir to combine.

Warm the tortillas on a dry skillet or in the microwave.
