Bitter Baked Broccoli Bowl
A simple yet flavorful side dish featuring roasted broccoli and a hint of bitterness from the bitter greens.

- ●3 crowns Broccoli
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Rinse the broccoli crowns and cut them into florets.

3. In a large bowl, toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

4. Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.

5. While the broccoli is roasting, wash and chop the bitter greens.

6. In a separate bowl, toss the chopped bitter greens with a pinch of salt and pepper.
