Spanish-Style German Paella
A fusion of Spanish and German flavors, this paella recipe combines garlicky sausage with tender chicken and a hint of Spanish spices.

- β1 1/2 pounds Tender chickenBoneless, skinless chicken thighs
- β1 cup Spanish paella riceSpecialty rice for paella

- β2 cups Gambas brothSpanish-style seafood broth
- β1 cup Tender vegetablesMixed bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes

Heat the al ajillo oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.
