Turkish Lamb Stew
A hearty and aromatic Turkish-inspired lamb stew, perfect for a cold winter evening.

Ingredients
- β500g lambshoulder or shank cuts work well
- β1 tsp awesomeoptional, to taste
- β2 onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tbsp tomato paste
- β1 tsp aromaticground cumin and coriander work well
- β1 cup stewbeef or lamb broth

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add lamb and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste, awesome, and aromatic. Cook for 1 minute.

Add stew and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
