Saudi Arabian Kebabs
A classic Middle Eastern dish featuring marinated kebabs grilled to perfection. Serve with a side of spicy sauce for added flavor.
Ingredients

- β2 aromaticonions, chopped
- β1 saudiarabic spice blend
- β1 serranochopped, for garnish

1. In a large bowl, combine kebabs, aromatic onions, saudi spice blend, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix well.

2. Let the mixture marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Thread marinated kebabs onto skewers.

5. Grill kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.

6. Meanwhile, prepare spicy sauce by combining 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tbsp harissa, and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
