Banh Mi Sandwich
A fusion of Vietnamese flavors in a crispy baguette filled with pickled vegetables and grilled pork.
Ingredients

- β1 pound Pork Bellythinly sliced
- β1 cup Lotus Leaf Wrapped Pickles
- β2 Red Peppersthinly sliced
- β1/4 cup Vietnamese-Style Chili Sauce
- β2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped
- β1 teaspoon Aromatic Spicesground
- β1/4 teaspoon Smoky Chili Powder

Grill the pork belly for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
