Portuguese Stew
Rich and flavorful stew originating from Portugal, made with tender beef and pork, and a blend of aromatic spices.
Ingredients

- ●1 pound pork ribs
- ●2 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 2 bay leaves aromatic
- ●2 tablespoons peanut oil peanut
- ●1 can diced tomatoes stew
Instructions

Heat the peanut oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the garlic, onion, and bay leaves to the pot and sauté until softened.

Add the beef and pork ribs to the pot, browning them on all sides.

Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, and red wine to the pot, stirring to combine.

Bring the stew to a boil, then cover the pot and transfer it to the oven.

Braise the stew for 2 1/2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
