Peruvian-Style Shrimp Biryani
A flavorful and aromatic Indian-inspired dish made with succulent shrimp and Peruvian spices.
Ingredients

- ●2 tsp Peruvian-Style Spice Blendsee notes for spice blend recipe
- ●1 pound Large Shrimppeeled and deveined
- ●1/2 cup Chupe de Camaronessee notes for chupe de camarones recipe
- ●2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- ●1 medium Onionchopped
- ●3 cloves Garlicminced
- ●1-inch piece Gingergrated
- ●1/4 cup Cilantrochopped

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onion is translucent.

Add Peruvian-Style Spice Blend and cook for 1 minute.

Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.

Add chupe de camarones and stir to combine.

Cook rice according to package instructions.

Fluff cooked rice with a fork and stir in chopped cilantro.

To assemble biryani, place a layer of cooked rice in a large serving dish.
