Slovakian Sun Tagine Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew inspired by Slovakian and North African cuisine, featuring sun-dried tomatoes and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced slovakian sausage
- β1 cup, chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- β1 large, chopped onion
- β3 cloves, minced garlic
- β2 teaspoons tagine spice mix
- β2 teaspoons aromaticcaraway seeds or similar
- β4 cups light broth
- β1 tablespoon, chopped dried parsley
- β1 teaspoon salt
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Heat oil in large pot over medium heat.

Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, tagine spice mix, caraway seeds, and light broth.
