Potato Gratin
A simple and delicious potato dish that's perfect for a weeknight dinner. This potato gratin is a great way to use up leftover potatoes and can be served as a side dish or a light lunch.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup aromaticchopped fresh parsley
- ●1/2 cup croatiangrated cheese
- ●1 cup gratinbechamel sauce

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large saucepan, combine the sliced potatoes and enough cold water to cover them.

Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and set them aside to cool slightly.

In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, create a layer of potatoes.

Pour some of the bechamel sauce over the potatoes, followed by a sprinkle of cheese.

Repeat this process until all the ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
