Crispy Fritters with Indian Spices
A delicious and crunchy snack made with crispy fritters and aromatic indian spices. Perfect for a quick bite.
Ingredients
- β1 bag Crispy Frittersavailable in most grocery stores
- β1 tsp Indian Spice Blendavailable in most spice aisles
- β1 cup Beansany type of beans, such as black beans or chickpeas
- β2 tbsp Oilany neutral-tasting oil, such as vegetable or canola oil
- βto taste Saltoptional
- βas needed Waterfor frying the fritters
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the crispy fritters to the skillet and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the fritters from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil and heat over medium heat.

Add the Indian spice blend and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the beans to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the fritters back to the skillet and stir to combine with the beans and spice blend.
