Spiced Lassi Panna Cotta
A creamy Indian dessert made with lassi, topped with chewy morbier crumbles and aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Lassi
- β1 cup Granulated sugar
- β8 ounces Morbier cheese
- β2 teaspoons Aromatic spice blend
- β1/4 teaspoon Salt

In a medium saucepan, combine the lassi, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.

Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the aromatic spice blend.

Pour the mixture into individual serving cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until chilled.

Just before serving, crumble the morbier cheese into small pieces and sprinkle over the top of each serving.
