Classic German Chicken Schnitzel
A traditional German dish made with breaded and fried chicken, typically served with a side of fries or a salad.

- β1 cup Thai aromatic breadcrumbs
- β1 cup Mun mun flour
- β1 Kao German-style egg

Prepare the breading station by placing the flour and breadcrumbs in separate dishes.

Pound the chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Dip the chicken in the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick.
