Soy-Glazed Tofu Stir Fry
A classic Asian-inspired dish made with pan-seared tofu, savory soy sauce, and crunchy noodles. Quick, easy, and nutritious, this meal is perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block Tofu
- β8 oz Noodles
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β2 cloves Aromatic
- β1 tsp Chineseground ginger
- β1 tbsp Oil
- β2 tbsp Water
- β1 tsp Salt
- β1 tsp Sugar
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.

Add aromatic and chinese to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add noodles to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until slightly tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, salt, and sugar.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat.

Return tofu to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
