German Quinoa Tagine

- β2 tsp algerian spice blendstore-bought or homemade
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 medium carrotspeeled and chopped
- β1 medium zucchinichopped
- β1 can crushed tomatoes14.5 oz
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor cooking
- β1 tsp aromatic spice blendstore-bought or homemade

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
