Tender German Meat Mincemeat Casserole

Ingredients

- β1 medium onion
- β2 cloves minced garlic
- β1 teaspoon ground allspice
- β1/2 teaspoon salt
- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β2 cups mushroom gravy
- β2 large eggs
- β1 cup cubed bread
- β2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Browning the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.

Add the onion, garlic, allspice, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a splash of water.
