Sweet Tagine Potatoes
A flavorful and aromatic North African-inspired dish featuring sweet potatoes and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β2 large Sweet Potatoespeeled and cubed
- β2 tablespoons Olive Oilfor cooking
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1/4 cup Mediterranean Olivespitted and sliced
- β1 teaspoon Spices (cumin, coriander, paprika)blend

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

In a large saucepan, heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
