Mediterranean Steak Skewers
Grilled steak skewers with a Mediterranean twist, featuring feta cheese, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Steak1.5-2 pounds steak, preferably ribeye or sirloin
- β2 Bell Peppersany color
- β1 Onions1 large onion
- β1 Zucchini1 medium zucchini
- β1 cup Mushroomsbutton or cremini mushrooms
- β4-6 slices Pita Breadfor serving
- β1 cup Feta Cheesecrumbly feta cheese
- β1 cup Kalamata Olivespitted olives
- β1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoespacked in oil, chopped
- β1/4 cup Olive Oilfor brushing skewers
