Crispy Paneer Skillet
A flavorful Indian-inspired dish featuring crispy paneer, served in a skillet with a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- β250g paneer
- β2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- β1 tbsp gram flour
- β2 tbsp ghee or oil
- β skilletany material
- β1 tsp cumin seeds
- β1 tsp coriander powder
- β1 tsp garam masala
- βto taste salt
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1. Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes.

2. In a shallow dish, mix together the all-purpose flour, gram flour, and a pinch of salt.

3. Dredge the paneer cubes in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

4. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 1-2 seconds.

6. Add the paneer cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.

7. Remove the paneer from the skillet and set aside.

8. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil.

9. Add the coriander powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
