Spicy Ethiopian Gomen Stew with Padron Peppers
A flavorful and spicy Ethiopian stew made with sautéed gomen, padron peppers and other aromatics. Serve hot with injera bread.

- ●6-8 peppers Padron PeppersSliced
- ●1 medium OnionChopped
- ●3 cloves GarlicMinced
- ●2 tsp Spice Blend (berbere)Store-bought or homemade
- ●2 tbsp Olive OilFor sautéing
- ●2 cups WaterFor stewing

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add onion and sauté until translucent.

Add garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add gomen and sauté until wilted.
