Polish Pork and Dumplings
A hearty Polish-inspired dish featuring tender pork and fluffy dumplings.
Ingredients

- ●2 cups all-purpose flour
- ●3/4 cup warm water
- ●1 teaspoon salt
- ●1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●1 medium onion
- ●3 cloves garlic

1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.

2. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

3. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces.

4. Roll each piece into a thin circle.

5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
