Pan-Seared Pork Chops with Stir-Fried Mu Shu Vegetables
A delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of pork chops with the crunch of stir-fried mu shu vegetables.
Ingredients
- β4 pork chops1.5 pounds total
- β1 package mu shu vegetablesfound in most Chinese grocery stores
- β8 oz amazing al dente noodlesuse to serve with the pork and vegetables
- β2 tbsp chinese soy saucefor marinating the pork
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor pan-frying the pork and vegetables
- βto taste salt and pepperfor seasoning the pork and vegetables
- β1/4 cup green onionsfor garnish
Instructions

Preheat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the pork chops to a plate and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the mu shu vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the amazing al dente noodles to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.

Return the pork chops to the skillet and stir-fry everything together for 1-2 minutes.
