Venezuelan Airy Bread
A traditional Venezuelan flatbread with crispy edges and airy interior. Serve with your favorite fillings.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup warm water
- β2 cups all-purpose flour
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β2 tablespoons olive oil
- β1 (optional) pita

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast and warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Add flour, salt, and mix until a dough forms.

3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

5. Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat.

6. Divide the dough into 2-3 equal portions, depending on the desired size.
