Chicken Kebab Tikka Masala
An Indian-inspired recipe featuring chicken kebabs in a creamy tomato sauce. Marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices, then grill and serve in a rich, flavorful sauce.
Ingredients

- β1 cup yogurt
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β2 teaspoons garam masala
- β1 teaspoon cumin
- β1 teaspoon coriander
- β1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- β1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- β10-12 kebabs
- β2 cups tomato sauce
- β4 tablespoons butter
- β1 cup heavy cream

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Add the chicken to the marinade and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken onto the kebabs.

Grill the kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.

In a large saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
