Light Japanese Sushi Rolls
A simple recipe for a low-calorie Japanese sushi rolls using sushi rice, cucumber, and salmon. Perfect for a light meal or snack.
Ingredients

- β1 medium cucumber
- β6 oz salmon filletwild-caught
- β2 tbsp sushi vinegar
- β1 tsp sesame seeds
- β1 tsp soy sauce
- β2 cups water
