Japanese Tofu Bake

- β1 block (14 oz) firm tofudrained and cut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup japanese breadcrumbspreferably panko
- β2 tbsp airy vegetable oilfor pan-frying
- β2 tbsp soy saucefor marinade
- β1 tsp maple syrupfor marinade
- β1 sheet dried seaweedfor garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Marinate the tofu in a mixture of soy sauce and maple syrup for at least 15 minutes.
