Norwegian Lamb Kjøttkaker
Traditional Norwegian lamb meatballs made with a hint of airy puff pastry and served with a side of flaky crusty bread.
Ingredients

- ●250g airy puff pastrythawed
- ●4 slices flaky norwegian breadfor serving

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix minced lamb, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3. Divide the puff pastry into 4 equal pieces.

4. Roll out each piece into a thin sheet.

5. Place a tablespoon of lamb mixture onto one half of each sheet.

6. Fold the other half over the filling and press edges to seal.

7. Brush the tops with egg and cut a few slits in the top.

8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

10. Serve with flaky Norwegian bread and a side salad.
