- β4-6 pieces Falafel
- β1-2 pieces Pita Bread
- β1/2 cup, sliced Cucumber
- β1/2 cup, sliced Tomato
- β1/4 cup, thinly sliced Red Onion
- β2 tbsp Hummus
- β1/2 cup, shredded Letuce
- β1/4 cup, chopped Eastern Almonds
- β1/4 cup, chopped Crunchy

Instructions

Heat a dry non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the falafel and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Warm the pita bread in the oven for a few minutes.

Spread 1-2 tbsp of hummus on each pita bread.

Add the sliced cucumber, tomato, and red onion on top of the hummus.
