Funky Filipino-Style Roe Fried Rice
A spicy and savory twist on traditional fried rice, featuring fish roe and funky Filipino flavors.
Ingredients
- β1/2 cup Fish Roe
- β2 cups Aerated Rice
- β1 pound Funky Filippino Sausage
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tablespoons Boodle Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the funky Filipino sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the fish roe and cook for 1-2 minutes, until it starts to break apart.

Add the aerated rice to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until it starts to brown.
