Slovakian Buckwheat Bowl with Adrenaline
A hearty bowl of Slovakian-style buckwheat with a spicy kick, perfect for adventurous eaters.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/4 cup Sour creamoptional
- β1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
- β1-2 teaspoons Hot sauceoptional
- β1 medium Sliced red pepper

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.

Add the buckwheat groats and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the caraway seeds, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the skillet with a lid.
