Delicious Irish Tagine Stew

- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β2 medium, peeled and chopped Carrots
- β3-4 medium, peeled and chopped Potatoes
- β1 head, shredded Lettuce

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
