Spicy Korean Bibimbap
A classic Korean rice bowl dish topped with an assortment of vegetables and a fried egg.
Ingredients
- ●2 cups Korean rice
- ●1 Fried eggfried egg, sliced
- ●1 cup Veggie mix (bok choy, carrots, zucchini)
- ●2 tbsp Bibimbap sauce
- ●1 tsp Sesame oil
- ●1 tsp Gochujangspicy
- ●1/2 tsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)optional
- ●1 cup Green onionschopped
Instructions

Prepare the Korean rice according to package instructions.

Fry an egg in a pan and slice it into wedges.

Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté bok choy and carrots until tender.

Add zucchini to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Season the veggie mix with gochujang and Korean chili flakes (if using).

To assemble the bibimbap, place a scoop of Korean rice in a bowl.

Add the fried egg on top of the rice.

Add the veggie mix on top of the egg.

Drizzle bibimbap sauce over the top of the dish.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
